Everything happening near you, on one map.

Wigo puts your neighborhood's events, searches and safety reports on a single live map. What gets lost in group chats today shows up here, exactly where it happened.

Open the map and you see your area: a concert on Saturday, a lost dog three blocks over, a report your neighbors have already confirmed. No forwarded chains, no rumors, no digging through five different groups.

The problem

Your neighborhood already talks. Just in twenty places at once.

Local information exists. The problem is where it lives.

  • It disappears.

A notice that mattered is buried under two hundred messages in the building chat.

  • It can't be checked.

A screenshot that has been circulating for six months looks exactly like one from yesterday.

  • It has no place.

"It happened on the avenue" is useless to someone who doesn't know the avenue.

  • It arrives late.

You hear about the event after it ended, and the report after it stopped mattering.

The product

The map is the home screen. Not an extra tab.

Wigo opens straight into your area, with everything happening around you, coded by color and category.

Every pin is something a neighbor, an organization or a municipality posted near you. Tap it and you get what it is, exactly where, when it was posted, and how many people have already confirmed it.

No algorithmic feed. No posts from another country. What you see is what is around the corner.

Categories

Three things to find — and to post.

The same names you'll see inside the app.

  • An illustration of the Cultural category: concerts, fairs and workshops on the Wigo map.
    Cultural

Concerts, fairs, workshops and public calls across your city, posted by the people running them.

Concierto · Festival · Exhibición · Taller · Mercado · Deportes (concert, festival, exhibition, workshop, market, sports)

you find out in time, not the next morning.

  • An illustration of the Desaparecidos category (missing persons, pets and objects) on the Wigo map.
    Desaparecidos

    Missing persons, pets and objects.

Someone is searching. Someone else walked past. Wigo puts them on the same map.

Persona · Mascota · Objeto (person, pet, object)

a search with a photo, a location and a timestamp travels further than a forwarded message.

  • An illustration of the Crimen category (safety reports) on the Wigo map.
    Crimen

    Safety reports.

Incident reports from your area, posted by neighbors and confirmed by neighbors.

Robo · Asalto · Vandalismo · Allanamiento · Homicidio · Extorsión (theft, assault, vandalism, burglary, homicide, extortion)

knowing what is happening is how you decide which way to go. Information to move through your city, not to fear it.

How it works

Four steps. Under a minute.

  1. A Wigo app screen showing sign-in with Google or Facebook.

With Google or Facebook. No long form, no new password.

  2. A Wigo app screen showing category interests being selected.

    Pick your interests

Choose what matters — concerts, sports, safety in your area — and Wigo orders the map around it.

  3. A Wigo app screen showing the map open on the user's area.

    Look at your area

The map opens where you are. The colored pins are what's happening nearby.

  4. A Wigo app screen showing a report being posted with a photo and location.

    Post or take part

File a report with photos and a location, confirm what a neighbor already posted, or say you're going to an event.

Features

  • Live map

Everything nearby, coded by color and category, as it happens.

  • Reports with photos

Post with images, an exact location, and the fields that matter for what you're reporting.

  • Confirmed by the community

Any report can be marked Sí or Tal vez — yes or maybe. The community decides how solid a post is.

  • Interest-based alerts

You hear about what you selected, not about everything posted.

  • Alert radius

Set the distance that matters: your block, your neighborhood, or the whole area.

  • Comments and observations

Add what you saw to a report that already exists. A search moves forward on what each neighbor contributes.

  • Verified accounts

Verification marks the people and organizations that post responsibly. Less noise, more trust.

  • Emergency numbers

Police, fire and traffic authorities, one tap away, without leaving the app.

  • Share a report

Send a search to WhatsApp or anywhere else. It leaves Wigo with its location and timestamp intact.

Trust

A post is not a report. That's why there are rules.

Wigo only works if what you see can be trusted. These are the rules holding that up.

  • Your neighbors confirm it

Every report can be marked Sí or Tal vez by the people nearby. That count travels with the report and is visible before you open it. There is no downvote and no pile-on — the signal is how many people back it.

  • Reviewed before it publishes

A new report goes through review before it reaches everyone's map.

  • Your location does one job

It shows you what's nearby and places what you report. We don't build a history of your movements and we don't share it with other users.

  • Named and accountable

Posting carries responsibility. Account verification and report history exist so the person who posts answers for what they post.

  • What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't post on your behalf. We don't show your exact location to other users.

Organizations

If you're organizing something, it should reach the right blocks.

Wigo is a direct channel between the people convening and the people who live nearby.

  • Municipalities

Post works, drives and public notices where residents are already looking at their own area.

  • NGOs and community organizations

Convene by location and interest, not by purchased reach.

  • Event organizers

Concerts, fairs, tournaments and workshops, on the map of the people around the corner.

  • Verified profiles

Your organization posts under its own name, logo and verified mark.
